Will you build a bot for me?
With our chatbot creator consulting services, we do not build the bots for you. Your dedicated consultant will work with you during your scheduled sessions to guide you and help you with chatbot development strategies. The goal is to “teach you to fish” and give you the tools you need to be successful and able to create bots on your own.
Can I invite my team for a session?
You sure can. We are happy to work with your entire team during your scheduled session(s). However, if you have many chatbot builders on your team, we recommend purchasing extra sessions to ensure there are sufficient opportunities to include everyone.
What if I don't need chatbot development consulting any more?

Chatbot Consulting Sessions are typically one hour in duration, depending on your needs. Your consultant will send a follow-up email with a summary of each session, plus follow up materials and next steps.
All Chatbot Consulting Plans begin with a 10-minute kick-off call to review goals, set the agenda and schedule the first Chatbot Consulting Session.
Full refunds are available up to and during the kick-off call. Once the first Chatbot Consulting Session has been scheduled, refunds are not available, nor are they prorated for unused sessions.
Chatbot Consulting Plans are valid for 90 days after purchase. A Session can be scheduled anytime during the 90 days following the date of purchase.
Once your Session is scheduled with your dedicated consultant, that time is reserved for you. Rescheduling or cancelling the Chatbot Consulting Session must be done at least 24 hours in advance of your Chatbot Consulting Session. Cancelling a Chatbot Consulting Session within 24 hours of your scheduled Session will result in the loss of the Session in your Chatbot Consulting Plan.
