    A session is a multi-message interaction—regardless of the number of messages—between your chatbot and an end-user. Any chat exchanged beyond the 24-hour limit will be counted as a new session.

  • What are user seats and members?

    Seats are accounts for team members who belong to your organization. You can allocate user seats to members of your team account. Team members can collaborate on your bot and take on tasks such as replying to customer inquiries, handling requests and bookings, and managing content in the chatbot.

  • What payment options do you provide?

    We offer a variety of payment methods. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay*, Wire Transfers (ACH/SEPA/BACS).
